This has reference to our invitation mail dated 22.05.08 for your participation in a pooled recruitment drive at our college on 25th and 26th ,27Tth June 2008 and subsequent acceptance of the said invitation by you and submission of database. Please note that we are very much honoured for your acceptance of invitation and would like to inform you the following points.
The details are as follows.

The short listed database for 2008 is attached herewith.
The short listed students database to be forwarded by the
company for 2009 batch and we will intimate the same to you
accordingly.
Criteria : a) The 2008 batch of BE/B.Tech students from CSE, ECE, ETE, IT and IS branches,
with an aggregate of at least 60% upto 7th Semester without arrears
(and are expected to maintain > =60% upto 8th semester), are eligible to participate
in the campus recruitment.
b) The 2009 batch of BE/B.Tech students from CSE, ECE, ETE, IT and IS branches,
with an aggregate of at least 70% upto 5th Semester without arrears (and are
expected to maintain > =70% upto 8th semester), are eligible to participate in the
campus recruitment.
Selection Process: a) Preplacement talk – 30 Minutes
b) Tests: Combined Assessment Test (General Aptitude, Basic Software
and Basic C Programming) – 70 minutes.
c) Interviews: Max. of two rounds
Joining Criteria: a) All selected candidates would be paid a fresher’s salary of Rs. 10,500/- + Benefits.
b) All selected candidates would undergo a training period of 6 months and probation
period of further 6 months, after the completion of which, they would be confirmed in
their job, based on their performances.
c) All selected students will have to execute a service agreement to serve the company for a
period of 2 years. As part of the service agreement they have to submit to the company
their original testimonials from X std. to the highest qualifying degree (BE/BTech).

2 copies of updated resume / all the testimonials (Original + Xerox)
