Job Role : IT Helpdesk – Technical Support Associate (100% voice process)
– Provide Technical solutions to the external customers

Job Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad

Shift : Yes ( Should be Flexible)

Skills
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts
• Must be willing to work in Shifts

Number of positions: Open
CTC: 1.7 Lacs plus 20% joining bonus

**This role is not into BPO domain.
